Common questions about training and camping bookings

What is the cancellation policy?

Training sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Camping bookings require 7 days notice for full refunds. Academy packages have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What equipment do I need?

For beginners, we provide all necessary equipment. Intermediate and advanced players should bring their own cricket gear. All camping equipment is provided for camping packages.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. The remaining value of your current package will be applied to the upgrade cost.

Are there discounts for siblings?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for the second sibling and 25% for the third sibling when booking training sessions or academy packages together.

What is included in camping packages?

All camping packages include accommodation, meals, training sessions, equipment, and activities. Family packages include additional family activities and accommodation.

How do I reschedule a session?

You can reschedule sessions through your online account or by contacting our booking office at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
